End of Season Soccer Banquet

CHS SOCCER TEAM POTLUCK BANQUET
 
Please join us to honor the Carmel High School Soccer team.

WHEN: Confirmed for Monday, February 25th, 2013, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

WHERE: CHS Cafeteria

• Last names A-P:  please bring a main dish and/or side dish to serve 6-8 people.
• Last names R-Z:  please bring a dessert.

 Please bring your own plates and silverware. Drinks, cups, and napkins will be provided.

PLEASE RSVP ASAP to Alondra Klemek (lalavk@hotmail.com or 277-1294).  Include # in family attending & covered dish and/or dessert.  We can help you choose a dish and dessert to ensure we have a variety.

Varsity and JV Captains (and anyone else who has time) must be there early to help set up and stay after to clean up.

IMPORTANT:

• JV players should bring $15 for a coach's gift.  Please give your donation to Andrew Good or his mom at the banquet.
• Varsity player should bring $20 for a coach's gift. Please give your donation to Kes Harper.

All players: JV and Varsity bring your freshly clean, folded uniforms and packs to the banquet!
Repeat. All players bring your clean, folded uniforms and packs to the banquet to turn in to your coach.

Many JV players and some Varsity may not get this information because we are on school break. Players, use text and Facebook to contact any players and families that may be on vacation or away. Let them know the banquet date, time, and send them the link to this post.
