Yes,LPS is a charter school,medium sized for a charter,but this team has " players" who had quality.
They were unbeaten last year and only lost 2 senior players.
In the first 12 minutes,LPS kept the play in Carmels half,and had 4 good attempts on our goal.Great defensive work and 3 crucial saves from Chad kept it at 0-0 or it could have been quite a different game.
Our work in the past few practices was to attack in force and be decisive in front of goal.
Our first four attacks resulted in goals!
This set the pace for the remainder of the game,and even with many player position changes we kept our shape and discipline to "earn" the shutout win.
