The JV and Varsity Soccer Banquet will be held on Thursday March 6th from 5:30-8pm.  I will be sending out more information soon on what we are doing for it but wanted to let you know so you can save the date. Check back here again and please make sure other parents on your kids' teams are subscribed to the blog so they too can sign up for the banquet!  Go Padres!

Boys - Please wear your uniforms to practice tomorrow for a photo session.  And, bring your photo order forms with a check.  The form is on a post below.  Thank you and Thank you to Annette for taking the photos!

Update:  Both Varsity and JV teams are going to be photographed on 2/10 (Monday).  Boys need to bring their uniforms that day for team and individual photos (if they are ordering them).  Please fill out an order form and send it in with a check on the 10th of February.  Thanks for helping fund raise for the teams!

Fundraiser for Boys JV and Varsity Soccer

Thanks to soccer parent, Annette Coltelli, for coming up with the idea to do a photo fundraiser to raise money to purchase various items including balls, soccer bags for the players, and new uniforms.  All you have to do is purchase photos of your kids/teams and all profit will go to the teams.  Annette is donating her time, so thank you very much Annette!

Your players should have come home with a signup sheet.  Boys JV is having their photos taken on Monday 2/10, and Varsity on Friday 2/7.  Players should come in their uniforms to practice that day.  Any general donations are also welcome.  Please send your player with the form filled out and a check made out to CHS/ASB and write "BOYS SOCCER" on the memo line.  The form is below if you don't have one (just right click the image and choose print.)

Parents - we're going to do 2 signups - 1 for JV, 1 for Varsity.  If you sign up, please bring 24 waters and 24 snacks for the boys to the game you sign up for.  If they are going away on the bus, please make sure you have it to school in time to load it on the bus.  If it is a local game, please bring the snack/water to the game before it starts and place it on the players sideline with the team.  Send me your signup date and I will put your name down and post the schedule here.  Thanks! Volunteers Needed Friday

Parents!  We need volunteers to help staff the "snack shack" at this Friday's CCS semi-finals football game.  Proceeds support all sports so this is a great way to support CHS Soccer.

Here's to a great 2013-2014 Soccer Season!   The schedule to the right is now updated.  All home games will be played at Carmel Middle School.  If anyone is taking photos for JV and/or Varsity, please contact myself at charlotteempey@hotmail.com and I will get you set up to post your photos/videos for the team to view.  That would be very much appreciated.  I think the team appreciates seeing the photos and with Kes graduating last year we lost our photographer dad in the process :)
